I wanted to start this email by thanking DB (True Will staff) for being so pro-active with getting in contact with myself as the client's case manager whenever necessary.
I believe the SIL unit in which this particular consumer is living at is the best possible place for his recovery, 24 hour staff on site, as well as staff that truly care about making a difference.
I was impressed by the organisation and scheduling as well as the dedication to creating a comforting and inviting space for clients to live in.
